Section 3. Appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries

This Act was repealed on 4 April 2018 by the Manipur Parliamentary Secretary (Appointment, Salary and Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Repealing Act, 2018 (Manipur Act No. 6 of 2018), s.2(1), in force with immediate effect (assent 4 April 2018); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. The Chief Minister may, having regard to the circumstances and the need of the situation, at any time appoint such number of Parliamentary Secretary.
