The Manipur Parliamentary Secretary (Appointment, Salary and Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2012

This Act was repealed on 4 April 2018 by the Manipur Parliamentary Secretary (Appointment, Salary and Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Repealing Act, 2018 (Manipur Act No. 6 of 2018), s.2(1), in force with immediate effect (assent 4 April 2018); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

2 In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires;- (a) ‘Chief Minister’ means the Chief Minister of Manipur; (b) ‘Member’ means a Member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly; (c) ‘Parliamentary Secretary’ means a Member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary under this Act by the Chief Minister.
