Section 5. Functions and duties of Parliamentary Secretary

This Act was repealed on 4 April 2018 by the Manipur Parliamentary Secretary (Appointment, Salary and Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Repealing Act, 2018 (Manipur Act No. 6 of 2018), s.2(1), in force with immediate effect (assent 4 April 2018); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. The functions and duties of a Parliamentary Secretary shall be such as may be specified, by notification in the Official Gazette, by the Chief Minister.
