Section 6. Oath of office and secrecy

This Act was repealed on 4 April 2018 by the Manipur Parliamentary Secretary (Appointment, Salary and Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Repealing Act, 2018 (Manipur Act No. 6 of 2018), s.2(1), in force with immediate effect (assent 4 April 2018); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. The Parliamentary Secretary shall, before entering upon his office, make and subscribe before the Chief Minister an oath of office and secrecy according to the form set out for the purpose in the Schedule appended to this Act.
