Section 16. Duration of licence, permit or pass

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16. Duration of licence, permit or pass: Every licence, permit or pass under this Act shall be granted for such period, if any, as may be prescribed by rules made under this Act.
