Section 17. Agreement to be made by licencee

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
17. Agreement to be made by licencee: Any authority granting a licence, permit or pass under this Act may require the grantee to execute an agreement, in conformity with the tenure of his licence, permit or pass, and to give such security, for the performance of such agreement, or to make such deposit in lieu of security, as the authority granting the licence, permit or pass may require.
