This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
18. Accounts and returns: Every licencee shall maintain such accounts and submit to the authorized officers such returns in such forms containing such particulars relating to stock, apparatus, duty, fee payable and paid to the Government and such other information at such intervals as may be prescribed.
