This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
54. Abetments: Whoever abets an offence punishable under this Act shall, whether such offence be or be not committed, in consequence of such abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.
