Section 13. Preference in allotment of stalls to registered Street vendors
The Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood & Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011
This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Act 5 of 2017), s.2(1), assented 29.03.2017, published in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary of 12.04.2017; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. Preference in allotment of stalls to registered Street vendors: (1) The local authority may give preference to the registered street vendors in allotment of stalls in the vending zones. (2) The allotment of stalls to the street vendors shall be made in such manner, and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be specified.
