Section 14. Grant of Licence

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Act 5 of 2017), s.2(1), assented 29.03.2017, published in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary of 12.04.2017; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. Grant of Licence A registered street vendor to whom a stall has been allotted in a vending zone shall be granted a license and renewed from time to time by the Local authority, in such manner, on payment of such fee, and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be specified.
