Section 34. Other officers belonging to State Agricultural Marketing Service.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), s.111(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
34. There shall he such other Officers to every Market Committee who shall be members of the State Agricultural Marketing Service as the State Government may determine and they shall be appointed by the Director provided that an officer may be appointed for more than one Market Committee.
