Section 35. Appointment of Secretary and other officers pending constitution of State Agricultural Marketing Service.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), s.111(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
35. Pending the constitution of the State Agricultural Marketing Service under Section 32 or when no member of such service is available for appointment as Secretary or other officer under Section 33 and 34 the State Government or the Director or the Board may depute an officer of the Government to act as Secretary or such other officer.
