Section 105. Particulars to be included in the budget

105. Particulars to be included in the budget :– (1) The budget estimate shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed. (2) In such estimate the municipality shall among other things– (a) provide for the payment as they fall due of all instalments of principal and interest for which the municipality may be liable in respect of loans contracted by it; (b) make adequate and suitable provision for such services as may be required for the several duties imposed by this Act; (c) provide for the minimum closing balance as prescribed under Section 112.
