Section 106. Publication of budget estimates

106. Publication of budget estimates :– (1) After the budget is present before the municipality under Section 104, copies of the budget estimate and translation thereof in the Oriya language shall be forthwith lodged in the office of the municipality. (2) During fourteen days after the said copies and translation have been so lodged in the said office of which due notice shall be published in the manner prescribed, they shall be open to inspection of the votes of the municipality at all reasonable times. (3) Any written suggestions which may be deposited in the office of the municipality, shall be laid before the municipality for consideration at the next meeting.
