Section 10. Chairman to be a whole-time officer

10 - Chairman to be a whole-time officer :- (1) The Chairman may be either a whole-time or part-time officer of the Trust and where the Chairman is a whole-time officer, he shall not bold any other salaried office: Provided that when the Chairman appointed is a whole-time officer of the Trust, be shall be paid such salary and allowances as may be filed by the State Government. (2) The State Government may grant leave of absence to the Chairman and when such leave is granted the State Government may appoint a person to act as Chairman.
