Section 11. Term of Office

11 - Term of Office :- The Chairman and the other trustees appointed or nominated under Section 8 shall hold office for such term as the State Government may, by Rules provide in this behalf: Provided that such Chairman and trustees appointed for the first time shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years, and the said term of office of the first trustee shall commence on such date as may be appointed by the State Government: Provided further that such Chairman and trustees whether appointed for the first time or any subsequent term shall be eligible for reappointment.
