111 - Signature of orders under Section 110 and cheques :- All orders for making any deposit investment, withdrawal or disposal Under Section 109 arid ail cheques referred to in Section 110 must be signed - (a) by the Chairman of the Planning authority; (b) in the event of the illness or occasional absence on leave of the Chairman by any officer authorised by the Chairman and by another member of the Planning authority.
