112 - Duty of Chairman and others before signing cheque :- Before the Chairman or any other officer or member of the Planning authority signs a cheque under Section 111 he must satisfy himself that the sum for which such cheque is drawn either is required for a purpose or work specifically sanctioned by the Planning authority or is an item of payment specified in Sub-section (3) of Section 107.
