48 - Duty to develop and offer house sites for persons to be displaced from residences :- When as a result of the execution of a scheme any person is likely to be displaced from his residence and when such person has no other residence of his own in the local area, it shall be the duty of the Planning authority to develop and offer, so far as may be practicable, a house site for sale or lease to such person before actually displacing him.
