Section 47. Right of owner or occupier to obtain sewer connection.

47. The owner or occupier of any premises shall be entitled to empty sewage of the premises into a sewer of the Board, provided that, before doing so, he :— (a) obtains written permission of the Board and pays connection fee and other charges in accordance with the bye-laws ; and (b) complies such other conditions as may be provided in the bye-laws.
