Section 48. Power to require owner to have sewer connection.

48. Where any premises are in the opinion of Board, without sufficient means of effectual disposal of sewage and the sewer of the Board is situated at a distance of fifty metres from any part of the premises, the Board may, by written notice require the owner of the said premises to have sewer connection as provided in by-laws.
