Section 11. Appointment of other officers and servants of the Board

11.(1) The Board may appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act. (2) The salaries and allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and other servants appointed by the Board under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by it by regulations made under this Act.
