THE PUDUCHERRY BOARD OF SECONDARY AND HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT, 2003

12.(1) The following shall be the Authorities of Board, namely:- (a) the Board; (b) the Executive Council; (c) the Academic Council; (d) the Finance Committee; (e) the Examination Committee; (f) the Affiliation Committee; (g) the Board or Boards of Studies; and (h) such other bodies of the Board as may be declared by the regulations of the Board to be authorities of the Board. (2) The Board may appoint such other committees as it thinks necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (3) The Constitution of every committee appointed by the Board, the term of office of its members, the duties and functions to be discharged by it, shall be such as may be laid down by regulations made in this behalf.
