76. Responsibility of the local authority to provide public latrines, urinals and dust bins (1) A local authority shall provide and maintain in proper sanitary condition latrines or urinals at convenient places for the use of the public. (2) A local authority shall cause public dust-bin or other convenient receptacles to be provided at suitable intervals and in proper and convenient situations; and direct by notice that all sweepings in any house or premises and all rubbish, garbage, offensive matter accumulated therein shall be colleted by the occupier of the house or premises and deposited in such receptacle.
