Section 40. Protection of action taken in good faith. The Punjab Fire and Emergency Service Act, 2024

40. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any member of the Service for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the objectives of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
