Section 137. Penalty for contravention of any order regarding requestioning. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

137. If any person contravenes any order made under section 130 or section 132, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
