Section 138. Extension of time for Completion of election. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

138. The Election Commission may for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, extend the time for completion of any election by making an amendment to this effect in the notification issued under section 35.
