Section 33. Appeals. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

33. An appeal against the order of the Electoral Registration Officer made under section 31 or section 32 shall lie to the Election Commission in such manner and within such time, as may be prescribed in this behalf.
