Section 34. Fee for applications and appeals. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

34. Every application under section 31 or section 32 and every appeal under section 33 shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee which shall, in no case, be refunded.
