Section 35. Recognition of Academic Qualifications granted by the Institute.

35. Recognition of Academic Qualifications granted by the Institute.- Subject to the provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act No. 3 of 1956), and other laws for the time being in force, degrees, diplomas, and other distinctions granted by the Institute shall be recognised qualifications for the purposes of the said Act and other laws.
