Section 36. Power of the State Government to issue directions.

36. Power of the State Government to issue directions.- The State Government may issue such directions from time to time to the Institute on policy matters not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it may deem necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act. Such directions shall be complied with by the Institute.
