Section 189B. Extinction of interest of grantees at favourable rates

189B. Extinction of interest of grantees at favourable rates— The interest of a grantee at a favourable rate of rent shall be extinguished— . (a) on the happening of any of the events mentioned in Section 63, or (b) when rent in respect of his grant is enhanced in accordance with the provisions of section 189.
