Section 4. Registration of Establishment

4. Registration of Establishment: Every Principal Employer or Employer or Owners of an establishment to which this Act applies shall, before its registration make an application to the Registering Officer, in such forms and manner and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed, for its registration and of the workers.
