Section 5. Registration of Service Provider/Sub-Service Provider

5. Registration of Service Provider/Sub-Service Provider: Every Service Provider or Sub-Service Provider to which this Act applies shall, within such period as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, fix in this behalf, make an application to the Registering Officer, in such form and manner and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed, for its registration and of the workers.
