Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE SIKKIM STATE LEGISLATORS' APPOINTMENT TO DIFFERENT AUTHORITIES ACT,2006
Act no. 9 of 2006 2006 In force Sikkim (State Act)
1 (1) This Act may be called the Sikkim State Legislators’ Appointment to Different Authorities Act, 2006.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st day of May, 2004.
