Section 2. Definition .

2 In this Act, - a) “Authority” means any statutory body or organization, institution etc. under the State Government and also include Public Sector Undertaking, Corporations, Committees, Commissions, Councils, Boards or any other Public Authority under the State Government; b) “State” means the State of Sikkim.
