Section 35-A. Power of Central Government as to movements of timber across frontiers.

35-A. Notwithstanding anything in section 35, the Central Government may make rules to prescribe the imported and exported across any customs frontier as defined by the Central Government and any rules made under section 35 shall have effect subject to the rules made under this section.
