1. (1) This Act may be called the 2[Telangana] Civil Courts Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 2[Telangana]. (3) It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint; and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.3
