Section 2. Definitions.

2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “court” means a civil court established or deemed to be established under this Act; (b) “Government” means the 2[State Government of Telangana]; (c) “High Court” means the 2[High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad]; (d) “Notification” means a notification published in the 4Telangana Gazette; and the word “notified” shall be construed accordingly.
