Section 107. Salary of the Commissioner and [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner].

107. The Commissioner and the 175[Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] shall receive from the Local Government Service Fund constituted under sub-section (1) of section 131 such monthly salary and allowances as Government may, from time to time, determine: Provided that the salary of the Commissioner and the 174[Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] shall not be altered to their disadvantage during the period for which their appointment have been made or renewed.
