108. Leave on absence may be granted, from time to the Commissioner or the 175[Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] by the Government in consultation with the Standing Committee.
