Section 8. Vacancy of a member.

8. If a member,- (a) becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 6, or (b) tenders his resignation in writing to the Government, or (c) is absent without the permission of the Board from three successive ordinary meetings of the Board, he shall cease to be a member.
