Section 3. Transfer of pending and disposed of cases. The Telangana (Transfer of pending cases of State of Telangana from the A.P.Administrative Tribunal to High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad) Act, 2016.
Act no. 14 of 2017 2017 In force Telangana (State Act)
3. All the pending cases, before the Tribunal, pertaining to State of Telangana, as on the date of this Act shall stand transferred to the High Court including the records of pending and disposed cases.
