Section 4. Intimation of transfer of cases to the parties.

The Telangana (Transfer of pending cases of State of Telangana from the A.P.Administrative Tribunal to High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad) Act, 2016.

4. As soon as after the transfer of pending cases under section 3 the High Court shall intimate the parties and their counsel accordingly.
