Section 22. Protection of action taken in good faith

22. Protection of action taken in good faith No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, the Council, or any Committee thereof, or any officer or servant of the Government or Council for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
