Section 23. Appeal THE TRIPURA STATE MEDICAL COUNCIL ACT, 2010

23. Appeal
(1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government for every decision of the State Council under clause 12 and 13 of this Act.
(2) Every appeal shall be preferred within three months from the date of such decision.
