Section 20. Protection of action taken in good faith THE UTTAR PRADESH COMMISSION FOR THE SCHEDULED CASTES AND SCHEDULED TRIBES ACT, 1995

20. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done, in pursuance of the provisions of this (Ordinance) Act or the rules made thereunder.
