Section 47. Proceedings of the Authorities/ Bodies not invalidated by Vacancies Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act 2015

47. No act or proceeding of any authority or other body of the Institute shall be invalidated merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy or vacancies among its members.
