Section 48. Protection of persons acting under this Act Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act 2015

48. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the regulations made there under.
