38. Penalty on unregistered person representing that he is registered If a person whose name is not entered in the register of homoeopaths falsely pretends that it is so entered or/uses in connexion with his name or title any word or letters representing that his name is so entered, he shall, whether any person is actually deceived by such representation or not, be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
